Morphism began in 1998. At that time the world became computer linked. The morphistic formats must be seen as a response to the all present rectangular image in modern communication. We are getting very much used to view the world through square or rectangular windows, rectangular TV and movie screens, equally formated photographs and in dramatical extend through the rectangular computer screen. At the turn of the century modern society, with the spread of the internet communication became computer fanatic and all the images of our lives seem to have to fit on a PC’s screen.

Morphism stands as a reminder to the technocratic world, that there are harmonic forms and expressive designs to flat dimensions.

Some people argue that art not only wants to keep step with science and technology, but it also wants to provide an escape from them.

Morphism is one such escape.
